Ask any questions at all about the apartments or places to go/things to do
Collect your keys on arrival and leave them on departure
Find the weather forecast and list of village events on the noticeboard
Buy maps and guide books
Buy the local train and bus ticket (BayerwaldTicket)
Book restaurant tables, event tickets
Book use of the sauna or mountain bikes (small extra charge)
Book a massage or facial
Bring photocopying to be done, faxes to be sent
Use the computer and printer
Bring laundry for washing/drying while you are out for the day (small extra charge)
Leave your luggage, if you want to arrive early or leave late
Arrange to take a shower if you arrive early or leave late
